Hello friends, I’m extremely sorry for being away for a long time from this blog. I was missing this blog a lot but due to many circumstances I hadn’t had time to update this blog. There were many things happened to my life. But Finally, I’m back to the track and will start updating this blog regularly.

What I’ve been doing??

First of all, let me tell you one thing, I’ve been a married man now so there are a lot of responsibilities ahead for me. On the other hand, I’d been in Bangalore for last six months working for a start-up company there. And Finally, I’ve moved back to Kathmandu  and started a joint venture with Haico Duisters called Proshore Nepal. It is a Dutch-Nepali company, which has a head office in the Netherlands and  development office in Kathmandu.

Apart from personal stuffs,  let’s talk about technical stuffs.
I’ve written 5 series of articles about web widgets, how to create them and use them on Packt Publishing . You can check those articles here.

What’s Next??

Well in the last six months, I’ve been contacted by many people asking what happened to you,  when you’ll start updating your blog etc. First of all, I would like to thanks those people who has much interest to this blog.  My plan will be to post 2 or 3 articles a week and I’ll be focusing more on the quality than quantity in upcoming days.

Believe me, I don’t post stuffs like what I’m eating now, what i had for breakfast and what I’ll be having for dinner and when I’ll be heading for the dinner.

It was a long run and I’ve waited for this moment. As the information  and post was growing, I always wanted to change the previous theme of this blog and today finally the moment has come. Here goes the new theme of this blog. Please let me know what do  you think about this theme. Which one is better this one or previous one ?

Few days back, I was talking to a friend from Europe and we’re sharing our experience about Internet. I told him that I’m using 64 kbps broadband internet connection at home and he was shocked after hearing that. He even told me that he can’t Imagine life with such a low broadband  Connection. He is using 25-28 mpbs broadband connection at home.Now, it’s time for me to become shocked. As, I don’t know when such kind of high speed broadband connection will be available at Nepal. I hope I’ll be able to use such a great high speed Internet connection at my home at a reasonable price in near future.

Paying for 64kbps and using 800kbps connection

A interesting fact I’m goint to tell you, I use a technique to boost up the speed of Internet connection at my home.I’m not going to reveal the ISP’s name whose broadband Internet connection. Most Interestingly, I usually get the Internet connection of 800kbps at home by using this hack but the normal speed provided by the ISP is 64kbps. Sorry guys I’m also not going to reveal that technique as well otherwise my ISP will fix that hack and I won’t be able to browse at high speed . Hence, I’m paying for 64kbps speed and using around 800kbps. Thanks to Mandip, one of my neighbour, for introducing this technique to me which really helped me to boost up the broadband speed othewise watching youtube video is just a Imagnitation in the speed of 64kbps.

I’m using the broadband speed test from www.broadband-expert.co.uk to test the speed of broadband Internet Connection. If you have to check the speed of your broadband Internet Connection then you can use this link to check your broadband speed. This website shows both of upload and download speed of your broadband connection.

Hello friends you must know Google Adsense is one of the popular way of monetizing the blog. Today, I’ve got the first cheque from Google and I would like to share it with you guyz. It is not that  big money I’m making from Adsense. In first six month, I was able to make just $165. But, making money from a blog goes slowly and steadily. You might have heard that Jeremy Shoemaker’s (www.shoemoney.com) twitter account with user name “shoemoneymedia” was deleted by twitter for some violation of rule and within few hours this account was taken by another person and started tweeting in the name of Jeremy. Well, Shoemoney is one of the biggest name in the Internet Marketing and somebody would really like to use his name so that he can make some deal with him.

But as far as I remember, I’d checked somewhere around 40 days back in godaddy.com weather roshanbh.com is available or not and it was available at that time.Today, mistakely I’ve typed “roshanbh.com” instead of “roshanbh.com.np” and saw that it is already registered. I thought there is somebody whose name is similar to me and might have registered that domain.

But, it is not as simple as the way I’ve thought it. That domain is for SALE guyz, a good news for me. Seems that “roshanbh” become a popular name in the Internet …LOL. Most Interestingly, you should place the bid of more than 60 euro to purchase that domain. Oufff…In that cost I can buy more than 7 or 8 domains from godaddy.com.
